What are Eco Points?

If you have joined the official Discord community of Eco, you will have noticed that team members and community members send each other Eco Points. But what exactly are these points and what purpose do they serve?

Eco Points are being used in the Ecoverse as rewards for outstanding contributions as well as purchases within the Eco App. Users of the app earn 2.5 points per dollar whenever they spend with Eco—on top of their cash back! Additionally, community members use points to coordinate collaborations within the ecosystem.
